The amazing taste of Banter Delhi

When you conjure, it's important to understand in it and this is what the family- brace Aman Garg and Sagar Garg did and it redounded in the form of Banter Delhi, your new passport to North Indian, Continental, and Italian food in the city. In discussion with HOUSE OF TMM, Sagar addresses their trip of dreams, the challenges they faced, and why it's so close to their heart.


Banter Delhi has been open for some time now, how has been the trip so far?

Badinage has been a dream design for both of us (me and Aman) and seeing it come true with every slipup being put in was the happiest moment of our lives. I wouldn't be lying if I say that we were nervous about the public's responses, but with God's grace and our platoon's fidelity, Badinage struck the right passion with the guests and we've been witnessing happy days since the opening.

What difficulties did you face while shaping your fantasy into a reality?

Planning a property like Banter wasn't exactly an easy task because it isn't just a high-end eatery, but a yard and a bar at the same time. So, from the planning to the prosecution, every step has been a challenge for us, but we're glad that we've been successful in achieving our targets.

How do you describe your menu?

Food is veritably close to my heart and hence redundant sweats have been put into curating the menu. Our menu is a combination of classics and contemporary, epicure, and comfort food. The end is to feed to every palate and we hope we can live up to the prospects.

What's the stylish dish and why?

Udta Punjab is one of my favorite dishes, originally because of its visual appeal and secondly because of the magical flavors.

Sisters in the business. Who has been your part model?

The idea behind starting Badinage together wasn't because we plant some alleviation, but because we wanted to put our stock relating into the business. Aman and I haven't just been mates in crimes, but in work too because our testaments and allowing match, and hence work becomes easy and delightful.

What does the unborn hold for Banter Delhi?

We're formerly working on adding two further bottoms to the being property. They'll be functional soon. Plus, we're also on the lookout for further parcels, since expansion is on the cards.
